Laurel Hill Statue 33

This is just one of many monuments in Laurel Hill cemetery in Philadelphia. She's made of bronze and is a little larger then a life size woman and well over 100 years old. This monument has 4 graves, 2 on each side of her and is on the lower level of the cemetery along a stone wall.

Standing beside this particular statue is quite eerie. Even with the size of the statue she seems alive, it's like standing beside one of the living statue performers. I kept waiting for her to blink or for one of her hands to move or reach for me.
