Description
Custom Magic the Gathering deck box made for a friend.
It holds 3 decks and room for counters, dice, etc.
Hinges are installed on the inside so there is no visible hardware.
Box closes securely with buckle and strap.
Divider holds 3 decks in snugly place while carrying.
Felt lined and felted bottom.
I started with an unfinished wood box from a craft store. Removed the hinges on the outside, carved the sides like a stack of paper, put new hinges on the inside so they are hidden, then decorated it and sealed it several times.

Nice job. You should look in my Favs because someone made a Jacobs Latter Deck box. It fit five decks and you could still play with it like a Jacobs Latter.
I made some long wooden boxes because the cardboard ones fall apart. The boxes added weight to my backpack but I could now use my bag to sit on or as a leg rest. I even walked across town in the rain and my decks didn’t get wet in their wooden box. I also made a deck box to fit Toploaders because that is what I keep my Old School Evil Beta Black Deck in. It does have twenty Alpha cards in it. I carved a Black Mana Skull on the top of the box with an Exato Knife.
